COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

COTTAGE EQUIPMENT

Apartment from a log built semi-detached house near center of Levi, Lapland.
4 bedrooms of which one upstairs with a sloping roof and low. In the open space upstairs 2 bed places.
Beds: 10 single beds
Toilets: 2 toilets of which one upstairs. Also a shower room upstairs.
Sauna: electric sauna with 2 showers
Equipment: dishes, fireplace / firewood, cable-tv, radio-CD-player, DVD, washing machine, electric clothes drying cupboard (both up- and downstairs), iron, hairdryer, 2 car heating points.
Kitchen: ceramic electric stove+oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer.
Other things to be mentioned: central vacuum cleaner. Roomy hallway. Entrance to the terrace from the living room and from the open space upstairs. Terrace towards East. Good stairs with a child gate on top. Internet connection, wireless.
Wine, cognac and schnapps glasses for 12 persons.

COTTAGE SURROUNDING

EQUIPMENT FOR RENT, ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

Accommodation price includes: 2 ski passes during ski season.
During New Year and Christmas season bed linen + towels as brought to the apartment and departure cleaning included.
Other time final cleaning 120 euro.
Bed-linen and towels 25 euro per person.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Overhead projector and a white screen available when agreed with the maintenance.
High chair and baby cot available.
No smoking! No pets allowed!
