• The cottage has equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, loft, terrace 35 m2, shower, indoor WC, outdoor bio-toilet, sauna. Sauna and shower renovated in 2007.
• Sleeps: downstairs bedroom for 2 people, a bedroom upstairs for 2 people. Open loft for 2 beds.
• Kitchen: dishes, electric stove, micro oven, coffee-maker, water heater, toaster, fridge, set of dishes.
• Sauna in the cottage, wood-heated, 4-5 persons (max). Underfloor heating in sauna and washroom.

• Fishing near the cottage: Lake Saimaa - the perfect place for a variety of fishing and a good catch! Fishing is possible on the spinning, nets, fish traps.

• Client cleans the cottage. Final cleaning for charge 80 €.
• Linen for charge 10 € / person. Linen includes: Sheets, towels and seat cover for sauna.
• Fishing license includes to the rent.

• Cottage is located near services on an idyllic island called Niinisaari.
• On the way to the cottage you can enjoy magnificent lake scenery. There is a nice ferry link to the island Niinisaari. It runs when ever needed 24 hours excluding short coffee breaks. You can take a car to the ferry for FREE. The journey takes about 5 minutes. An interesting experience and a beautiful place.
