COTTAGE EQUIPMENT

High quality cottage.
The mainbuilding of the cottage has 2 bedrooms and the balcony-loft, 1.5-floors (max. 6 + 2 person), living room and kitchen, 2 toilets, 2 showers, sauna with woodheating stove.
Sleeping places: 2 bed-rooms downstairs with 2 places each, 4 beds upstairs.
Kitchen equipment: fridge, freezer, set of dishes, electric stove, micro oven, coffee-maker, water heater, toaster, dishwasher.
Other equipment: underfloor heating, washing machine, drying cabinet, Ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, air-conditioning (4 rooms ), internet connection, Wi-Fi , TV, DVD, CD, radio, feeding chair, safety gates for stairways, flotation vest (4), baby cot requires advance reservation.
There is also terrace (50 + 30 m2) with hottube (woodheating).
There is a separate lakesauna with woodheating (7-8 person). There is fireplace with minikitchen and terrace (27 m2) in the lake sauna building.

Place is beautiful.
Lake Puruvesi, Saimaa, gently sloping sandy base, suitable also for children, coastline 50m.
Parking at the yard (car plug).
Cottage has big windows and from the livingroom and terrace you have brilliant view to the Lake Puruvesi.
Garage, two cars.

This cottage in located near Savonlinna at lake Puruvesi (Saimaa). Puruvesi is a most cleanest largelake in Finland. Puruvesi gives you good opportunities to fishing. The neighbor cottage is in 200 meter and there is a rock between the cottages, so you can enjoy a restful holiday. The next house, farm Koskela is distance 400 meter.
