Villa Lepolahti is luxury holiday house for rent. The villa has underfloor heating, and it is heated with an environment-friendly geothermal heating system.
On the first floor, there is a sauna with a wood-stove, a bathroom with a toilet, a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with two beds and two extrabeds for children and a utility room. From the sauna and the living room there is a spectacular view to the lake. Firewood and wireless internet connection WLAN is included in the rent of the villa.
On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. There is a magnificent view to the lake from the kitchen, the dining room and the living room.
In the living room there is a balcony and a door to the outdoor veranda. There are patio furniture and a gas grill on the veranda. The grill can only be used in the summertime during May-November. The veranda reaches onto a small sheltered cliff. There is a swing and a sandbox for children near the veranda.
Kitchen: Electric stove, Dishwasher, Fridge with small freezer, Microwave oven, Coffee maker, Electric kettle, Toaster, Set of dishes for 8 persons.
Other equipment: Vacuum cleaner, Washing machine, Drying cabinet, Iron, Hair-dryer, LCD TV, Radio, CD-player, PlayStation 3 and some games. Can also be used for watching dvd, WLAN, Fireplace.
SURROUNDING AND PLOT
There is a beautiful view straight to the Lake Vanajavesi. The nearest neighbour is a private summer cottage located about 70 metres from the villa. There is a cliff in-between, so there is no straight visual contact. Some traffic noise may be carried to the yard from the motorway nearby.
Villa Lepolahti is located about 80 metres from the waterfront. There is also an old small cabin a few metres from the shore. The cabin is furnished and decorated in fisherman-style. There is also a fireplace in the cabin. The cabin can only be used in the summertime May-November.
Rowing boat, and life jackets can be found in the fisherman cabin. The shallow beach with a muddy and sandy bottom is comfortable for children to swim. There is a lawn yard with a flagstone path leading down to the small jetty. The yard is illuminated.
EQUIPMENT FOR RENT, ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS
Final cleaning: 120 euro.
Linen set. 20 euro per person, including bedlinen, bath and face towels and extra towels for kitchen, toilet and sauna. You can bring your own bedlinen and towels.
Fishing equipment for rent.
A small electric motor, suitable for the rowing boat. We recommend booking the motor in advance.
A motor boat Buster S with a motor 20 HP. We recommend booking the motor boat in advance.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The number of people using the villa must not exceed the number of sleeping places SIX adults and TWO children.
The cottage is suitable those with allergies, therefore pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the cottages.
The nearby motorway, about ONE km may cause some traffic noise depending of wind on the yard of the villa.
To make sure the cottage is clean when you arrive, we always charge for a final cleaning.
