• There is kitchen, living room downstairs and second living-sitting room upstairs, 4 bed-room, loft, sauna, 3 wc, shower.
• Sleeping places: 1 bed-room downstairs - doublebed; 2 bed-room downstairs - 2 single beds. Bed-room upstairs - double bed. Smaller bed-room upstairs - sofa that is possible to spread as for double bed. Sitting room upstairs - sofa bed for 2 persons.
• NOTE: cottage is for family holidays! Max 6 adults + 4 children.
• Kitchen: dishwasher, electric stove, micro oven , coffee-maker, water heater, refrigerator/freezer, set of dishes, toaster.
• Sauna in the cottage - electric.
• Separate shore sauna with wood-heated stove, sitting room, terasse.
• General: fireplace, firewood, drinking water, TV, WIFI, widescreen TV (3), satellite tv (Astra, HotBird), Bluray, washing machine, drying cabinet, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, air-conditioning.

• The plot of the house is beautiful, cottage is located on a small hill and direction of house is to South... no rent-neighbour near the house.
• Arrajärvi lake, gently sloping sandy/stony base, suitable also for children, coastline 80m
• Parking at the yard.
• Dock, rowboat, gas-barbecue.
• Cliffs and stones, forests, fields, farms, holiday-homes and smaller cottages around. Very nice location.
• River Kymi in the north-top of lake - big cliffs both side of this river... possible to drive by the motor boat and paddle with canoe down!

• Final cleaning: 100 euro.
• Bed-linen and towels - extra price (15 euro set) or own linen.
• Extra boat for rent possible.
• Outboard motor for rent (60-100 euro per week depending the motor type).
• Snowmobile for rent.
• One two-seat and one one-man canoe for borrow.
• Bikes for rent.

• Cottage is ideal for two families / generation together! It can take three couple (6 adults max) + children.
• Basic price for rent is for 4 adults. Children under 18 year are free!
• Extra persons over 4 adults + 35euro per night. Ask, please, offer for your team!
• A lot free forests around and bit more far really wilderness-forestry's available for wander, pick berries and mushrooms.
