This modern energy-efficient luxury villa In Finland was build in June 2014.
Villa is a luxurious two-storey holiday home with modern conveniences: 3 bedrooms, each with own WC and shower, plus an additional bedroom in the lakeside sauna building.
The spacious and extra high living room has large windows, perfect for enjoying the beautiful view onto lake Kettujärvi and watching the sunset over the lake.
There is a sauna with electric heater and a whirlpool inside the cottage as well as a separate lakeside wood-heated sauna. The lakeside sauna building has a double bedroom, kitchenette and fireplace.
Ritchen equipment: tableware for 20 persons, coffee maker, dish washer, electric stove, freezer, microwawe oven, refrigerator, toaster.
Other equipment: air conditioning, digibox, Digital TV, DVD-player, fireplace, hair-dryer, iron, ironing-board, Jacuzzi, washing machine, Wireless internet connection.

SURROUNDING AND PLOT

Plot: flat, lawn. The descent to the lake with stairs.
50 m of own lake shore, sandy base.
The forest around: mixed, predominantly pine.
Own shore, rowing boat, dock, parking, barbecue place.
Fishing near the cottage: The lake is very large, clean water, a lot of fish. Bream, Burbot, Perch, Roach, Rainbow Trout, Whitefish Pike, Pike.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Villas geothermal heating system is unique and very customer-friendly as it enables rapid adjustments of the temperature in individual rooms. In the summertime the same system can be used for eco-friendly air conditioning.
Cottage is located on the very beautiful lake rich with fish.
In Kouvola there are a lot of opportunities for recreation, places to visit and facilities for family holidays.
Messilä and Mielakka ski resorts are near.
Horse riding, national park, several SPA, pools and water parks in the 1-2 hour drive from the cottage.
