The villa has fully equipped kitchen with basic cookware and tableware, living room, 3 bedrooms, open loft, terrace, 2 toilets, shower, sauna in the cottage. The cottage has 2 floors.
Sleeps: 3 bedrooms with 2 beds. On the open loft on the second floor there is a sofa-bed.
Sauna in the cottage. The sauna has wood-burning stove.
Electricity, fireplace / firewood, TV, DVD, CD, Internet wifi, washing machine, drying cabinet, iron, cot, high chair, vacuum cleaner.
Kitchen: hot and cold water, basic cookware and tableware, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, an electric stove with an oven, a combined fridge-freezer and a dishwasher.
There is a small barbecue grill on the terrace, just bring the charcoal with you. The cottage has a private yard, there are no other cottages in close vicinity.

SURROUNDING AND PLOT

The holiday cottage stands on a small pinewood hill about 50 meters from the lake. The yard, jetty and beach area offer privacy as the evening sun shines on the terrace. A ski track suitable for both classic and freestyle skiing starts right in front of the cottage.
Coastline: gently sloping sandy/stony base, suitable also for children, coastline 40m.
Own privat shore, rowing boat, dock, parking, barbecue.
Cottage by the lake Suojarvi. Another great lake Paijanne 8 km from the cottage.

Pets are not permitted in Tainan Tupa. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
A holiday in a rental cottage offers a chance to go fishing on the lake. The most important fish species are pike, pike-perch, perch and burbot. Fishing is possible year-round, angling in the midsummer sunshine, as well as ice fishing on a frozen lake in the wintertime. It’s easy to go fishing on the lake as a rowing boat is included in the rent. Angling in the summer and ice fishing in the winter are both allowed without any permits.
During summer season you can find wild strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in the woods nearby. Picking chanterelle and porcini mushrooms is a mushroom lover's delight. A jogging track starts just outside the cottage and it is easy to jump into the water from your private jetty.
The six kilometers long ski track suitable for classic and freestyle skiing starts right from your doorstep. It offers varying, both even and uneven terrain.
